Bonjour…,
We are a couple immigrating to Montreal from Germany. In order to feel at home soon, we're looking for a beautiful condo/apartment. Yours suits our needs perfectly.
We arrived in Montreal two weeks ago and are looking for a long term lease from 1st of June or 1st of July, alternatively.
We're both fully employed as engineers (one for Bombardier, the other for the US brand Sensata Technologies), earning a combined yearly income of 190.000 CAD.
We saw that the place is furnished in the pictures. Will all furnishing remain in the apartment for our use or will certain items be removed?
Will the place be furnished as described in the listing? as there is no furniture in the photographs.
Please, let us know if and when we can visit the place and what you need us to bring for the appointment.
